“I wasn't sure whether I should have this done. Tarquin was direct and honest with me. On the day, Milto showed up on time and tried his hardest to get heat to my 2 dead radiators. It didn't look like it was going to work and I was so disappointed given the expense. I spoke with Tarquin and we discussed my options. Again I considered him to be honest and trustworthy. Milto kept trying and by the time he left mid pm, my 2 dead radiators were warming up. A few hours later, they were nice and toasty.
